Rotary Drilling and Sampling

To date, Highvista has drilled fifty two drill holes, at approximately 50 metre centres, that have intersected the mineralized structure in the Big Pit Area. Drilling indicates that the mineralized structure is approximately 1,000 metres long (SW to NE), 250 metres wide (NW to SE), with thickness ranging from 2 metres to 40 metres and averaging approximately 10.5 metres. As of the date of this report, the true width of the intersections has not yet been estimated. Average drilled grade to date is approximately 0.52 g/t Au. The mineralized structure dips to South West and outcrops to the North East. It is possible that the structure is open to the South and West.

The following Table 2 shows a summary of the results from the 2010 rotary drilling conducted by Highvista in the Big Pit and Placer areas. This drilling confirmed the mineralized zone previously identified by HDG, and showed that gold grade and intervals were comparable to the earlier data, and that there is relatively consistent mineralized zone that averages 10.5 m thick in the Big Pit area. As of the date of this report, the true width of the intersections has not yet been estimated.
